Zumba is an exercise fitness program that involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

POUND classes use lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise. This full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Click HERE for a short demo.

Bulgarian Folk Dancing 
Historians believe that the Bulgarian folk dancing dates back to 3000 BC. Bulgarian dances are distinguished for their intricate footwork and subtle rhythms. They bring vitality and positive emotions while also helping the participants with their cardio and body tuning workouts. Latin Dance
A beginner recreational class introducing the basics of Latin dance styles such as salsa/bachata, cha-cha, and others.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are offered in different dance styles, from Ballet to Latin dance and are offered to improve one's skills or to choreograph a piece for a special event.
